I’m totally in love with shoes atm (hence the numerous posts on them) and was thrilled to stumble upon this fab online store, highheels.ie. They have the most amazing collection of affordable shoes that I’ve seen in a long time and the best thing about them is that they are Irish!!
They have a wide range of different unique shoes that wouldn’t be seen in high street stores, and although they are a little more expensive then the high street they are most definitely worth it!
The first pair of shoes I fell in love with on the site are the YSL inspired boots with zips. Absolutely ADORE them! Perfect for my winter wardrobe and will deffo be on my wish list for a/w time.
If anyone knows me you’ll know that I am a true and true Barbie girl. These shoes have me written all over them and I love them! You can never go wrong with pink and sparkles!
These Jeffery Campbell inspired shoes are most definitely one of this season’s biggest looks and these will have every eye on you! A must have for all you fashionistas.
Highheels.com also have a fab range of office and everyday shoes like these nude wrap heels, perfect to go from the office to after work cocktails on a Friday afternoon.
These are just a tiny sample of the amazing shoes on their website. There are so many more amazing shoes that I must have! Christmas list has begun!
Find all their shoes at http://www.highheels.ie/index.php or on their facebook http://www.facebook.com/www.highheels.ie and twitter https://twitter.com/highheelsie
It’s that time of year again, back to school and college! And what better way to celebrate then with some new shoes to make your college days even more fab! This season, like all seasons I’m totally loving River Island’s shoe range. They have every kind of shoe that would be perfect for starting the semester off with bang!
I’m totally in love with these navy wedge high tops! They could definitely go from a casual lecture look and bring you straight to the students union bar for a few sneaky drinks after (or during) lecture time! Also perfect for giving you some height if you’re on the petite side and don’t want to walk around in heels all day!
These tourquise ballerina pumps are gorgeous to add a bit of colour to your outfit although with our weather you may not get past October with them but they are really gorgeous! They also come in a light pink colour. Both would be gorgeous with white skinny jeans!
Flatforms were this summer’s big look and they’re being brought into the autumn/winter looks too. These simple black studded flatforms with the studded detail are perfect for all you fashionistas out there and would look amazing on anyone lounging around college!
And of course we can’t forget those infamous college nights out were the perfect pair of heels are needed! These black t-bar peep toes are the perfect staple for any girls wardrobe. If you had these in your wardrobe you would need little else! Perfect for 7 nights a week!
All are available in River Island stores or on http://www.riverisland.com/Online/women/shoes–boots
Enjoy college girlies
A recent smokey eye look I did on my sister! Camera quality not the best. Will post up more looks soon!
Well ladies, Debs season is upon us again. The one (or 2 or 3!) day that every girl can get dressed up to the nines, get pampered and preened to look like a Princess.
Debs preparations consist of many different things but the most important is that dress!!! For my debs I wanted the most amazing, sparkly, expensive dress that nobody else would have and would make everyone go WOW!!! And I found exactly that at The Ivory Closet
The Ivory Closet in Limerick is a dress rental shop and stick the most fabulous amazing dresses ever… They stock a multitude of different designers although I must say their range of Rachael Gilbert dresses are to DIE for. If they’re good enough for Millie Macintosh they’re good enough for us!
The amount of compliments I got on the dress made me feel a million dollers! I choose a Rachael Gilbert dress that I had seen model and reality TV star Louise Johnston wearing at the VIP style awards last year and had fallen in love with.
I found dress rental was definitely the best way to go for the debs, as since the debs I actually havn’t had a reason to wear a dress again! And with my expensive taste I got an absolutely gorgeous dress for 3 days for €180 euro! I went down to Limerick for the day, rang ahead to make sure the dress I had dreamed of for so long would be there and got it fitted to my size. The dress was couriered down to me and couriered back for €20 euro. Such a fab service!
I really couldn’t recommend The Ivory Closet enough. The girls are so lovely and helpful and couldn’t have done enough for me!
If you’re still in 2 minds about debs dresses I would definitely recommend to have a look at their facebook page! The dresses are on it and the sizes and if you’re in doubt the girls are there too help!
Hope you love them all as much as I do.
